This wonderful, unique stucco and stone house was designed by Eric Rossiter and built around 1910. Beautiful location on a quiet, country road with lovely views over protected land. Extraordinary lr w/ exquisitely paneled windows, parquet floor, fp the information on square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms comes from the current town records. Part of this space is currently unheated and requires renovation. We have copies of the original Rossiter architectural drawings. The asian-inspired living room is thought to have been purchased by the original owner, Mrs. Helen Jenkins, from the Marquand house in New York City and reassembled in this house. There is a pool, but it is not in working order.
