In the Klemm family since 2006, I began as an administrative assistant with multiple agents. While I was helping the agents with their administrative needs I was building my own knowledge and understanding of the real estate market in Litchfield and New Haven Counties. Previous to joining Klemm; I worked for the Region 15 School System and was an Assistant Teacher at Creative Arts Studio in Woodbury. I moved to the area 26 years ago from Fairfield County, living in Roxbury and Woodbury, and then settling down in Southbury with my three sons. For many years I served on the Board of Director's for various organizations – Woodlake Condominiums in Woodbury, Pomperaug Pop Warner Football and Pomperaug Youth Lacrosse serving both Southbury and Middlebury and the treasurer for the Pomperaug High School Boys Lacrosse Booster Club. For three years I volunteered assisting families researching their roots in Woodbury after 20 years documenting my own family history. I am currently a member of the Trumbull-Porter Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. As a result of my volunteer work I have built a network of contacts. They are invaluable in helping bring clients together on both sides of a real estate transaction. I can offer advice and counsel whether you are buying, selling or renting.
