Donna’s seemingly endless energy, tenacious personality, and strong passion for real estate, has kept her consistently a top producer in the Litchfield County market. Donna has taken part in over seventy transactions in the last five years. Her properties have been featured in many publications, and she personally has been showcased, as well as quoted in the Litchfield County Times on several occasions.
Donna’s instinctive ability to match buyers and sellers quickly and efficiently has not only earned her the respect of her clients, but also that of the real estate community. For buyers, she’s a listener. She hears the client’s needs and desires, and she finds it. If she can’t find it, she creates it. For sellers, Donna is always straight forward and to the point, proficient in listing properties at the right price and moving them along in a timely fashion.
But the service doesn’t stop there. Donna is always available to give advice on anything from the best person to cater your first party, to whom to call to baby sit your puppy, to finding the right landscaper or carpenter to prepare the property to be sold. She prides herself on keeping an extensive list of service providers for her clients.
Donna recognizes that when people come to a new area, they are going to need help settling in, and she is there to help them do just that. In the same light, she is there to help her sellers prepare their properties for the market. “I get emails everyday from past clients looking for service providers. They know I am there for them for the long term.”
A notorious multitasker, Donna is the mother of six children, all of whom have either graduated from or still attend Rumsey Hall School in Washington, where she has served for 14 years as a volunteer, two year parent council president, and five year auction decorating chair. As the children went on to their respective prep schools, Donna and her husband Stephen went on to be supportive members of the parent communities at Phillips Academy, Andover, MA, Williston Northampton School, Easthampton MA, and the Gunnery School, right here in Washington.
