I am a licensed Real Estate Broker with 18 years experience right here in lower Litchfield County and former owner of Tierney Realty, a highly respected and top-producing real estate firm with offices in Roxbury and Washington, established in 1967. In 2009 I had the opportunity to move up to Klemm Real Estate, the firm recognized as the premier real estate agency in Litchfield County.

My roots go back over 150 years in Roxbury. I attended local schools as did my two children, and I am active in town government.

I have also served as a director of the Greater New Milford Board of Realtors for several years and was honored to receive the designation of Realtor of the Year in 1999.

As shown by MLS data no one has sold more properties in Roxbury, Washington, and Bridgewater. In addition, like many agents, I also sold properties that did not appear on the MLS, ranging from small building lots to million-dollar homes. I have many years of practical experience backing me up. Prior to being a Realtor, I was a home builder, and I still design homes and advise clients on prudent land management in my spare time. These activities have given me extra insight into real estate values and how to match buyers to just the right property.
