Welcome to the Klemm Real Estate Web site. My parents bought a house in Washington, CT in the early 1930's. I grew up in Washington and built a house here in the late 1980's. Many of the qualities that attracted my parents to Washington eighty years ago are still here today: good zoning, quality private and public schools, property-proud residents, a strong plan of development which emphasizes the preservation of our rural character, a diversity of recreation options, and good restaurants and inns, to name a few.
